Clinical Signs: 4 year old thoroughbred gelding, presented on emergency on 6/17 for a 2 day history of lethargy, a recently developed cough, 104 temperature, and left sided unilateral nasal discharge. He was acquired by the owner at the end of February or early March, and has no vaccination history since being a patient of the attending veterinarian. Confirmed positive for strangles 6/24 by PCR.
